On May 8th 2024 I am organising for Northants Fire & Rescue to come to our club night and give a talk about accident management and first responders duties. It covers all aspects of how to respond to an incident involving bikers and general first aid and incident management. Although it’s not a subject we wish to dwell on, the knowledge handed out by the experienced first responders is vital for those of us who ride in groups. I’m hoping that at least all committee members and road captains will attend but also as many members as possible because, believe me, the information is invaluable and life potentially saving.
So book the date, May 8th, and come along and support the fire and rescue team who do this voluntary for no reward.
