The Warwickshire Ride To Those In Their Golden Years

Departing from Jack’s Hill Cafe at 10:30am on Sunday 18th July. Chris Fawcett leading.
The ride will leave Jack’s at 10.30am and take a leisurely route though the Warwickshire countryside. Our lunch stop with be near Rugby, at Barchester Health Care at 12 noon, where many of the residents were avid bikers back in their youth. Barchester will provide a packed lunch for each of us and this will be given to us upon arrival, tea / coffee will be available too. To comply with their current Covid guidelines, your packed lunch will be in individual named boxes. They can cater for your dietary requirements, so if you go let me know what you can’t eat.We will not be entering their complex, the residents will come out to us. Prior to arriving at Barchester we will have stopped for a comfort break (5 minutes away) as they have requested we don’t use their toilets. Upon leaving we can stop if required, for another comfort break.Barchester will be taking photo’s when we have arrived and will be sharing them via their groups press office, on social media, the press and their web site.The ride will finish at the BP Garage at Weeden Crossroads at around 3pm. Approximate total mileage 70.If you wish to go on this ride there is a maximum number of 25 people.
