DESCRIPTION:Meeting at Shell petrol station on the A5 at Weedon for 9.00am\n\n\n\nOn Sunday 26th October Mike will lead a ride up to the National Motorcycle Museum to visit their museum live event. THIS IS NOT MOTORCYCLE LIVE\, that’s at the NEC earlier. We will meet at the Shell petrol station on the A5 at Weedon for 9.00am. We can set off early because the clocks go back on the Saturday night giving us an extra hour. It will be a direct route up the A45 to give us maximum time at the event. Parking and entrance are FREE. At the event will be people like Henry Cole and Alan Milliard & Guy plus others. It’s a one way ride so you can leave when you like. The ride will be direct to Brampton Hut Service Station to join members from Rutland and 111 Rivers. The Rutland Chapter RC will deliver a briefing outlining the ride details and agenda. \n\n\n\n(If you want to make your own way to Brampton Hut\, the post code is PE28 4NQ\,) \n\n\n\nThe Unity ride will depart from Brampton Hut @ 10:30 and will be going to Bomber Command near Lincoln. \n\n\n\nThe ride returns directly to Brampton Hut\, where it ends. You may leave at any point if you don’t need to go to the final stop. \n\n\n\nThis promises to be an excellent event and one not to be missed. I hope to see many of you there.

DESCRIPTION:Departing from Towcester McDonalds at 10:30am. Gary leading.\n\n\n\n recently invested in a copy of Simon Weir’s Bikers Britain\, a comprehensive guide to some of the best roads around the country. Ride 23 stood out as one I thought would suit the chapter namely “Towcester Loop”. The plan is to meet at Towcester McDonalds and leave at 10.30 am. The ride will take in Middleton Cheney\, Chipping Warden\, skirt around Daventry\, Long Buckby\, West Haddon where we will join the A5 heading North to Hinkley. Here we plan a refreshment stop at the Triumph museum which is Free so time for a browse and cup of coffee. When we have had enough we shall head South via Lutterworth\, Husbands Bosworth\, church Brampton making our way back towards Towcester where the ride will end. \n\n\n\nTotal mileage is approx 116 miles so no planned fuel stop unless a request is put in while we are in Hinkley. \n\n\n\n       (Route subject to change due to any diversions) \n\n\n\nHoping for a good turnout.
