Clubnight and AGM – Assess new venue

Our monthly club night at the potential new venue in Silverstone

We propose to hold our April club night which is also our AGM at the SRA as a trial. However, Wednesday evenings are not available as the venue is already booked, so our April club night will be held on Thursday, 10thApril, at Church Street, Silverstone, NN12 8XA from 7.30pm.

Any move is not related to our treatment at The Walnut Tree. The Walnut Tree has supported our club nights for over 3 years, fulfilling all our needs. If the hall at the SRA proves unsuitable, we will remain at The Walnut Tree. Please note that this communication is confidential and should not be discussed outside of our membership to avoid unintended disclosure to the proprietors of The Walnut Tree.

Following the trial, a vote will be held among all NVC members. The majority vote will determine the future location of our club nights.
