Ride the Nene

Departing from the Shell Petrol stations in Weedon at 9am. Mike Wakelin leading.
This will be the second attempt at my Ride the Nene event. We will leave The SHELL PETROL STATION on the A5 at WEEDON (NN7 4PX) at 9.00am and then roughly follow the course of the Nene river up as close to where it runs into The Wash. It’s a twisty turny route of 110miles with a stop halfway for a leg stretch. Once there we will visit the Unicorn Cafe for lunch (PE12 9JB) before starting back for a shorter return journey of 80 miles.
I will buy lunch for the first person to tell me how many times we cross the river!
Its a longish day so home around 4.00pm.
